The Integrative Balance & Alignment intensive is a clinical-grade proprietary approach to creating meaningful change—now, not someday.

Over four focused weeks, we'll work through my proprietary protocol combining clinical hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, mindful inquiry, and practical implementation strategies. This isn't passive reflection, it's concentrated transformation designed for leaders navigating significant transitions who are ready to do deep work and see results.

The Format:

Eight 45-minute sessions, twice weekly over one month. This pacing is intentional. The frequency accelerates subconscious repatterning, builds momentum between sessions, and keeps you in transformation mode rather than dipping in and out of the work.

One of my particular gifts is tracking nuanced patterns across sessions, noticing the subtle shifts, resistance points, and breakthroughs that might otherwise go unseen. This close attention amplifies the momentum of the intensive series, ensuring nothing gets lost and everything builds on what came before.

MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) One-on-One is a structured program that helps you bring awareness, calm, and clarity into your daily life.

It’s not about “emptying your mind” or sitting in silence for hours. Instead, it’s a practical, evidence-based process that teaches you to notice your thoughts, manage stress, and respond to life with more ease.

Using Jon Kabat-Zinn’s original curriculum in eight one-on-one online sessions, you’re supported to integrate mindfulness deeply into your life—and to make your own mind a friend.

With one-on-one MBSR, the approach is modern, interactive, and uniquely yours. No two series are the same, which is one of the reasons I love leading them!

I've navigated multiple career evolutions myself—from massage therapist & yoga teacher to health educator and behavior change expert, MBSR instructor to clinical hypnotherapist to transformational coaching. I understand transitions from lived experience, not just theory. This journey taught me that meaningful change happens when we address the nervous system, subconscious patterns, and strategic action simultaneously—which is why I developed my integrative and proprietary approach.
