Format: Eight personalized online sessions, one-on-one and uniquely yours. No two series are the same, which is one of the reasons I love offering MBSR one-on-one.

The Lingering Effects of PTSD
I first felt a draw toward Denise and her hypnotherapy work based on a friend recounting her visit. One of the things that hypnotherapy can help with is that giant, perhaps misplaced emotional response/PTSD. Not feeling weighted by fear anymore is liberating for myself and others around me who have also notice my shift.
